REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy of PR Scholars.

• If a student wants to leave the institute and opts for fee refund; he/she should send an email to prscholars25@gmail.com with the order number, registered name and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 21 business days to the original payment method.
• Any refund of fee shall be applicable / entitled if application submitted in filled-inform before 7 calendar days of scheduled batch start date or no more than one class/session has been attended.
• Partial Refunds : If a student has attended more than one session but requests cancellation within 15 days of enrolment, a pro-rata refund (minus a 10% processing fee) may be issued at the sole discretion of PR Scholars management.
• Non-Refundable Items :
  • Study materials already dispatched or downloaded.
  • Mock test fees once the test has been attempted.
  • Courses purchased during promotional/discounted offers, unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellation by PR Scholars : PR Scholars reserves the right to cancel a course or batch due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will receive a full refund within 21 business days.
• If a whole Batch/Class or majority of its students are found to be involved in an incident of indiscipline at any point of time during the academic session; the entire Batch/Class or majority of students may be rusticated from the institute. In such a case, no fee refund will be issues to student/s.
• Collect the Acknowledgment Receipt of Refund Application duly signed & stamped by institute's authority and keep it for future reference.
• We issue the fee refund only by online mode by transfer through RTGS/NEFT to the Account number provided in the Application Form.
• The fee refund transfer shall be done within 21 working days from the refund application.
• If the student/parents face any problem in the process of course fee refund; the Director of the Institute can be approached personally/telephonically or through letter/e-mail etc.
• The student/parents should understand that fee refund is a part of institute's policy and we follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned above in letter & spirit. However, if the request of refund is submitted after the 'refund dates' are over, the institute shall not entertain it. Moreover, refund requests made verbally/orally or through telephone/e-mail/fax shall also not be entertained.
• Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Bengaluru City (Karnataka) Jurisdiction only.
• The Management of PR Scholars reserves the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.
